Rouna Daley graduated with a BA from UNSW (1975) with a Double Major in History and Drama, while maintaining her acting career in various films, TV series and stage productions. Her Theatre in Education specialty lead her to be engaged by The Arts Council NSW; The Sydney Theatre Company and The Queensland Theatre Company over the following years.
In 1978, Rouna enrolled in a Graduate Diploma of Education at Sydney University in order to teach within the NSW Department of Education. She has taught in both State and Private school education , years 7 to 12, over the past 40 years, retiring to take up a position as Tour Leader with the Educational Touring Company, Odyssey.
Rouna has been involved in tennis, in particular, the Sydney Badge Competition for many years, having been an active member of White City Tennis Club, and subsequently, a member of SULTC since 2011. Since 2013, Rouna has proudly represented SULTC as the Ladies Badge Delegate, and is passionate about encouraging young players to keep playing tennis throughout their university days and further, into their life careers. Rouna also holds an Advanced Coaching Certificate from APTCA.
