Mark Curzon is an Engineering executive with 20 years of Engineering, Management, and Infrastructure experience working in senior roles of strategic business development and project management. Mark’s current role is to lead business development for Samsung C&T in Australia for all project opportunities. Mark has worked extensively with state and federal governments on major transactions and projects and has had the opportunity to work successfully on some of the country’s largest infrastructure projects.
Mark has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Western Sydney University and an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management from AGSM. Mark is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia (MIEAust), and licenced NSW Risk Consultant. Mark has a Department of Defence Clearance – Confidential Level.
Mark has been involved in competitive tennis for 40 years. Mark has played in many competitions in his tennis career including Australian Money Tournaments, Sydney Badge, and local participation competitions in country NSW and Metropolitan Sydney. Mark has been involved in tennis coaching and training for 20 years working with his Tennis Professional brother John Curzon.
Mark has been a member of the Sydney University Lawn Tennis Club since 2003 and has had the privilege to serve as the Club’s Male Badge Delegate since 2013. Most recently, Mark’s efforts were recognised by the Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness, and was awarded the Resenblum Male Club Administrator of the Year 2020.
